So I'm 10 days into my 30 day challenge. So far so good! I find myself actually looking forward to getting out there now. I think the trick for me is not making it too hard. I am not putting all kinds of pressure on myself to cut my time down every day. Some days I go quick, some days I suffer around the loop. The main point is to be steady, like a diesel engine.
I know the experts say that steady state aerobic training is a waste of time and all, but high intensity sprint intervals right now would spell disaster for me... So I will keep chugging around the pond for the next 20 days... I am feeling better for sure...
