2x20 jerk 2 min 12,12
2x24 jerks 2 min 12,12
2x28 jerks 4 min 9,9,9,9
2x28 jerks 3 min 8,8,8
2x24 jerks 3 min 12,12,12 legs started shaking on this one..

I rest between 2 and 4 minutes between sets... felt pretty good tonight...It helps if I don't eat too close to jerk time...
