2x24 jerk 2 min 10 rpms felt heavy
2 min rest
2x20 jerk 5 min 10 rpms
shoulders are not used to this shit... the tendon on my front delts was smoking... funny how you lose it...
16kg snatch 30/30
20kg snatch 6 minutes 16 rpms
thats it...
