I did the pentathlon today... I used the 16kg for the whole thing..
cleans 6 minutes 20 rpms
1 min rest
oalc press 6 min 10 rpms
1 min rest
oaj 20 rpms
1 min rest
1/2 snatch 6 min 18 rpms
1 min
push press 6 min 20 rpms
nice way to get back to work!
